This behavior puts a strain on home owners who have responsibilities such as mortgage, taxes, insurance, utilities, and property maintenance. These are the frustrating issues that prompted us to provide a service for home owners in order to assist them in selecting the best possible tenant.

Our service allows home owners the opportunity to post the names of delinquent and destructive tenants for other home owners to see as a way of sorting through possible rental applications to save time as well as eliminating future tenants who may bring issues. We felt the stress and the aggravation and our goal is to help other home owners as we supply the information they need to make an informed decision before renting their home.

This service allows members to search for the names of possible tenants. Their previous address(es), their landlord, and their reasons for leaving will be provided. In addition, A member who is looking to rent can also search for possible landlords.

For this service we charge a small fee. We value your business and your satisfaction is guaranteed, therefore, a full seventy two hours refund policy is in effect if you are not pleased. We asked that all home owners enter their name and property address for verification and identification purposes.
